Multi-Day Picker

Creating events in AnnuCal is now much faster, especially when they last more than one day.

With the new Multi-Day Picker, you can select a date range directly in the Year View and create an event for that full period.

You can simply click and drag across multiple days, release, and the date picker opens with the selected range already applied.

You can use it for:

  • Vacations

  • Trips

  • Project phases

  • School holidays

  • Multi-day events

  • Personal focus periods

  • Long-term blocks of time

Single-day events work just as easily.

If you click on one day, the same date picker opens with that day already selected. If the event lasts longer, you can extend the range directly from there.

This makes event creation feel more direct, more visual, and much closer to how long-term planning actually works.

No manual date entry.
No switching between separate fields.
Just select the time span you want to plan.

Scenarios

AnnuCal now also supports Scenarios.

Scenarios allow you to create separate versions of your year inside one account.

Instead of forcing every plan into one single calendar structure, you can now separate different planning contexts clearly.

You can use Scenarios for:

  • Different versions of the same year

  • Personal planning and business planning

  • Alternative project timelines

  • Travel planning

  • Family planning

  • Testing ideas before committing to them

  • Keeping separate annual structures clean and focused

A Scenario is more than just another calendar tab.

It gives you a separate planning space for a different version or context of your year.

This is especially useful when you want to compare ideas, structure different areas of life, or plan without overcrowding your main yearly view.

PDF Export

We also added PDF Export.

You can now export the exact AnnuCal view you are currently seeing as a PDF.

That means your current layout, selected view, visible calendars, colors, events, and structure can be saved in a format that is easy to share, archive, or print.

You can use PDF Export when you want to:

  • Print your yearly plan

  • Save a snapshot of your current planning structure

  • Share a clean version outside AnnuCal

  • Keep a record of a specific scenario or timeline

  • Bring your plan into meetings, discussions, or offline planning sessions

The export is based on the view you are currently working with.

So if you adjust your calendars, scenario, or visual setup before exporting, the PDF reflects that exact version.

What you see is what you export.

Why This Matters

Long-term planning often starts with uncertainty.

You may not know yet which version of a project will happen.
You may want to plan a possible trip before confirming it.
You may want to separate personal plans from business timelines.
You may simply want to explore different structures for your year.

With the Multi-Day Picker, AnnuCal makes it faster to turn time spans into visible structure.

With Scenarios, AnnuCal gives you space to think in alternatives, without losing clarity.

With PDF Export, your yearly structure becomes easier to save, print, and share beyond the screen.

Together, these updates make AnnuCal more flexible, more direct, and more useful for planning across weeks, months, and the full year.
