What is a scenario and how do I use it?
A scenario is a complete version of your year with its own calendars and projects. Create and switch scenarios with the switcher at the top of the app.
A scenario is a complete version of your year: its own calendars, its own entries, its own projects. All scenarios cover the same years. You use them to keep things apart that should not be mixed.
For example:
- The real year and an idea: a sabbatical, a move or a later project start, planned next to your real year without disturbing it.
- Separate areas: one scenario per building you rent out, per team or per region you run events in.
- A year that does not start in January: a school year, a season or a fiscal year.
On the pricing page, a scenario is called a year plan.
