Where do I find calendars that others share with me?
Calendars shared with you appear as tabs next to your own. Under Shared with me in the menu you see what is shared with you, and by whom.
When someone shares a calendar with you, you are added automatically. The calendar appears as a tab next to your own calendars. Shared projects appear in the Timeline under Projects.
See everything shared with you
- Open the menu with the three dots at the top right.
- Click Shared with me.
You see what is shared with you, each with the email address of the person who shares it.
Viewer or editor
The person who shares decides your role. As a Viewer you see the entries. As an Editor you can change them like your own.
Leave a shared project
Open the shared project and click Leave project. The project disappears from your Timeline. Nothing changes for the owner.
