What is AnnuCal?

AnnuCal is a year planner: all twelve months on one screen, so you plan long stretches of time, trips, projects and family life together.

AnnuCal shows your whole year on one screen. Every entry is a bar across the days it covers, in the colour of its calendar, so you see at a glance what overlaps, where the gaps are and which weeks are already full.

AnnuCal plans in days, not hours. It is made for the big picture: holidays, trips, school breaks, project phases, deadlines, seasons. Your appointments by the hour stay in your usual calendar. If that is Google Calendar, you can connect it, and its entries appear in your year next to everything else.

What you can do with it

  • Plan your year in the year plan: twelve months on one screen, as rows, by weekday or top to bottom.
  • Plan projects in the Timeline: phases as bars, milestones as points, your own calendars running above them.
  • See what returns in Orbit: the year as a ring, with last year inside it.
  • Keep versions of your year as scenarios, for example the real year and a plan that is not decided yet.
  • Share a calendar with the people it concerns, or your whole year as a link.

Where it runs

AnnuCal runs in the browser at app.annucal.com, on the computer and on the phone. You can try it without an account: the start page opens a filled-in example year.
