What is the Concert & Festival Timeline?
The Concert & Festival Timeline is a ready-made AnnuCal timeline template: one project with seven phases and two milestones, from the first booking to the settlement. You pick the event date, load it, and adjust the phases to your event.
Can I plan several events with it?
Yes. Load the template once per event, each with its own date - every event becomes its own project on the Timeline, and the Timeline shows them below each other, so you see where two preparations overlap.
Is it only for music events?
No. The phases fit any event with a fixed date: a conference, a market, a sports day, a company event. Rename what does not fit and delete what you do not need.
What happens after the event date?
Tear-down and settlement are part of the template, so the project does not end on the night. Once the settlement is done, the project stays in your year as a record of what it took.
Is this template free?
